Pay range: Starting at $75/hour, depending on experience
Schedule/Shift: Per Diem, as needed. (Mon-Fri)
Territory/Location: Monterey, CA
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies. • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
• Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state. • Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, home health experience strongly preferred. • Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification. • Valid drivers license and reliable, insured vehicle.
