Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Per Diem

As a PTA, you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and recover their independence. You’ll provide one-on-one care, follow therapy plans, and track progress to ensure the best outcomes. Your support helps patients stay motivated and reach their goals safely and effectively.

Position Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited program – New Grads Welcome

· Current PTA Wisconsin state license

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Preferred but not required

· Rehab Optima Knowledge preferred but not required
