About the Role:
Karing Hearts Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Home Infusion team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy in the comfort of patients' homes. Responsibilities:

• Administer IV infusion therapies including IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy, hydration, and other specialty medications in the home setting
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor responses to infusion treatments
• Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral and central venous access devices (PICC lines, ports, central lines)
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and safety protocols
• Accurately document patient care, clinical findings, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the care team to coordinate and adjust patient treatment plans
• Respond to patient concerns and on-call needs as required per diem schedule

Requirements:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1-2 years of IV infusion or home health nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency with peripheral IV insertion, including PICC lines, central lines, and implanted ports 
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license with proof of insurance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home care environment
• CPR/BLS certification required
