About the Role:
Karing Hearts Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Home Infusion team in Riverside, CA. This is a flexible, rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering expert infusion therapy right in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:

• Administer IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy, and hydration in patient homes
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor responses to infusion treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Manage and troubleshoot IV access devices including PICCs, ports, and central lines
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of infusion medications and supplies

Requirements:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1-2 years of IV/infusion therapy or home health nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency in PICC line and central venous catheter care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and patient education abilities
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required
• CPR/BLS certification required
