Requirements

What You'll Do as a Cashier/Receptionist:

• Greet customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
• Assist customers with questions and provide general dealership information
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Provide customers with receipts and appropriate paperwork
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cashier activity as required
• Assist Service Advisors and other dealership departments with customer needs
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and cashier area
• Provide professional and courteous service during every customer interaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to accurately handle payments and customer transactions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
