The Performance Management Business Partner is the embedded performance management advisor for an assigned business function. The role partners with leaders, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Talent Management leaders to drive adoption of RaceTrac's performance philosophy, processes, and tools.Ã
This role strengthens accountability, performance outcomes, manager capability, and continuous feedback through consulting, data, organizational diagnostics, and practical implementation support. It owns in-function adoption and performance diagnostics, while enterprise process design, standards, and Workday configuration remain with the Senior Manager, Performance Management.
