What Youll Do:

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be at the helm of crafting and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) that fuel both short-term and long-term growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, optimize existing channels, and ultimately drive measurable business results.

• Paid Media Mastery: Design, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and scale user acquisition.

• Optimization & A/B Testing: Use experimentation and data analysis to continually optimize campaigns for ROI, conducting A/B tests and iteration cycles.

• Analytics & Reporting: Develop deep insights into campaign performance, traffic sources, and customer journeys. Provide weekly reports, translating numbers into actionable insights.

• Budget Management: Oversee and optimize ad spend across multiple channels while balancing short-term goals with long-term investment strategy.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader business objectives and creative direction.

• Customer-Centric Strategy: Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and creative to resonate with our audience segments and improve LTV (Lifetime Value).

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (with a focus on paid acquisition across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Proven track record of scaling digital campaigns that drive tangible business outcomes (increase sales, subscriptions, or leads).

• Proficient with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEMRush, or similar.

• Strong understanding of key performance metrics, conversion rates, customer funnels, and attribution modeling.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Creative problem-solving with the ability to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies quickly.

• Outstanding communication skills you can present complex data and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
