The Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) organization is seeking a high-judgment, well-organized, self-motivated marketing specialist to support delivery of paid marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. The role supports cross-channel planning, activation, and reporting through in-house media buying in the Performance Marketing team. This hybrid role will operate across channel-level campaign management, multi-channel planning, and performance reporting.

A successful candidate will have experience working in marketing teams or media agencies and a proven record of delivery through data-driven decision making. You should understand the role of different channels in the media stack and the complexity of cross-channel relationships. You should be inquisitive about the opportunities that AI enables in the performance marketing space and be driven to investigate, learn, and build tools that improve the quality and efficiency of the team"s output. You should be eager to learn, be highly inquisitive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

Support the Performance Marketing team in day-to-day campaign operations as the team scales its remit and scope across EMEA.

Execute and manage campaigns in-platform across social, DSP, and job board channels, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and KPIs - training provided.

Own vendor relationships, coordinating with external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and performance standards.

Produce weekly performance reports and conduct deep-dive analyses to surface actionable insights that inform campaign optimisation.

Explore, build, and train AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and improve the efficiency of team workflows.

Contribute to the development and documentation of scalable processes that support end-to-end marketing execution and continuous improvement in decision making.

A day in the life

You"ll start your day analyzing campaign performance across programmatic, paid social, and search channels-making recommendations for optimizing bids, budgets, and audience targeting to drive qualified applicants at scale. From there, you"ll support and partner cross-functionally to build and launch full-funnel media activations, running A/B tests and translating real-time data into actionable insights. You"ll own end-to-end campaign execution-from media planning and creative trafficking to performance reporting-ensuring every dollar delivers measurable ROI against hiring goals.
