This position focuses on using NeoLoad to validate the performance, scalability, and reliability of SAP, CRM, analytics, middleware, API, and customer-facing systems. Responsibilities include developing and executing performance tests, analyzing application behavior under high transaction volumes, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting production readiness throughout the software development lifecycle.
The position is primarily remote until further notice, with onsite participation required at Commission facilities in Middletown, Pennsylvania, including one week per month when scheduled and additional activities during project milestones and post-Go-Live support. Candidates must reside within the Continental United States. A full-day onsite orientation and personal equipment pickup are required; equipment will not be shipped, and orientation or interview travel will not be reimbursed. Candidates must complete the required background checks and participate in interviews without AI assistance, scripts, or external prompts.
Primary Responsibilities
