We are seeking a Periodontist to join an established, patient-focused practice in Rogers, AR. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
- Diagnose and treat periodontal disease through surgical and nonsurgical procedures
- Perform periodontal surgeries, including soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, and regenerative procedures
- Evaluate patients for dental implant placement and perform implant-related surgical procedures as appropriate
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on periodontal health, treatment options, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and follow-ups
- Uphold high clinical standards while fostering a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program
- MSD or Certificate in Periodontics
- Active Arkansas dental license in good standing or eligibility for licensure
- No history of disciplinary actions against dental licensure
- Strong knowledge of periodontal disease, surgical techniques, and implant dentistry
Desired Qualifications
- Experience performing advanced periodontal and implant procedures
- Familiarity with digital imaging and diagnostic technology, including CBCT
- Background working in a multidisciplinary or high-volume dental practice
- Commitment to continuing education and advancements in periodontal treatment
- Strong communication, patient education, and team collaboration skills

Salary
- Part-Time: $300,000 – $500,000 annually
- Full-Time: $600,000 – $700,000 annually
- Competitive production-based compensation, with average compensation of approximately 43% of production
