• License/Certifications: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experience: Minimum 5 years OB/GYN experience required

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-time clinical care including office visits, surgeries, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital
• Lead the development and strategic expansion of the Women’s Health program
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and academic partners
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster excellence and teamwork
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation and support community health initiatives
• Manage administrative responsibilities and strategic planning for the Women’s Health service line

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 5 years OB/GYN clinical practice experience
• Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare leadership or program development
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and academic partners
