What Youll Do
Provide full-time clinical care: clinic, surgery, deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, ~1,600 deliveries/year)
Lead and develop the womens health program and strategic initiatives in Cincinnatis east side
Collaborate with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners such as University of Cincinnati MFM services
Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster excellence and teamwork
Participate in administrative duties, strategic planning, and quality improvement efforts
Maintain a balanced schedule with administrative leadership time and clinical responsibilities
What You Need
Required:
Ohio Medical License
5+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience
Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
Leadership or administrative experience preferred
Preferred:
Strong clinical and strategic leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
