Pay & Benefits- Pay Package: Competitive base salary between $257,000–$286,000 annually
- Additional Compensation: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, productivity bonuses based on wRVUs, and student loan repayment assistance of up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)

What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient population
- Conduct outpatient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Manage and follow a panel of patients with ongoing, continuity care
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led team
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues
- Support the development and implementation of patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth’s mission
- Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for fully integrated care
- Contribute to quality improvement and health promotion initiatives in the community
What You Need
Required:
- Valid medical license or eligibility in Colorado
- Completion of Family Medicine residency (board-eligible or Board-certified)
- Ability to obtain or maintain provider credentialing with UCHealth
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient primary care
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Commitment to community health and preventative care
