Seeking an experienced licensed Psychologist with specialized clinical expertise to provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment for diverse patient populations. The role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, development of treatment programs, patient advocacy, and participation in clinical planning and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions.
Respond to crisis and emergency mental health situations.
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in program development, quality improvement, and clinical staff meetings.
Educate healthcare staff on best practices within the specialty area.
Stay current with developments in clinical psychology and specialty treatment methods.
Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
Active Psychologist license.
Specialized training and significant clinical experience in a focused area of psychology practice.
Strong background in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, family systems, and developmental psychology.
Experience with evidence-based specialized treatments preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse and special-needs populations.
Board Certification preferred.
