What You’ll Do

• Perform clinical laboratory testing to support diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain and operate standard lab equipment and follow safety procedures
• Record and document lab results accurately
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver accurate lab diagnostics
• Maintain inventory of lab supplies and troubleshoot equipment as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Medical Laboratory Technician license
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and procedures
• Ability to operate lab and office equipment efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Familiarity with laboratory software and data entry
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
