We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This permanent opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while maintaining a predictable work-life balance.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their clinical needs and goals
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safe techniques
Promote patient safety and encourage progress toward functional goals
Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and facility standards
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
