We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their clinical needs and goals

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safe techniques

• Promote patient safety and encourage progress toward functional goals

• Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and facility standards

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
