We are currently hiring caring and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support adults in the Durham community with daily living needs while helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and community settings.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment

• Supporting medication reminders and daily routines

• Communicating with families and care team members

• Following care plans and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking compassionate team members who are reliable, respectful, and committed to quality care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in home care, caregiving, assisted living, or healthcare preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Dependable transportation

• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
