About the Role:
Trusted Vessels Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Effingham, SC. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and respect for elderly and disabled individuals
• Ability to follow care plans and take direction from healthcare supervisors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
