About the Role

As a PCA, you'll provide hands-on, in-home support to clients, helping with daily activities such as:

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Personal errands and companionship

You'll work independently, building meaningful relationships with clients-while always having the support of a caring team behind you. Best of all, you create your own schedule to fit your life.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• PCA or PCSP certification, or willingness to complete our PCA training program

• Compassionate, dependable, and a great communicator

• Comfortable working independently

• Basic tech skills for documentation
