Job Details

Are an active attorney in good standing
Have 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
Have a strong understanding of California personal injury law and procedures
Have experience managing a significant personal injury caseload
Are a strong negotiator who knows how to evaluate risk, leverage, and case value
Communicate confidently and empathetically with clients
Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Take ownership of your cases and follow through
Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Are comfortable making strategic decisions and advocating for your clients
Care about both the outcome of the case and the experience of the person behind it
