Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage personal injury litigation matters and help move cases strategically toward successful resolution. Conduct legal research involving Maryland personal injury law, regulations, and relevant precedent. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents. Prepare cases for depositions, hearings, negotiations, settlement discussions, and trial. Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate effectively on their behalf. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process. Participate in settlement negotiations and help develop effective case strategies. Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and documentation across an active caseload. Stay current on developments in personal injury law and litigation practices. Qualifications Active Maryland Bar license in good standing. 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Trial and courtroom experience. JD from an accredited law school. Strong legal research and writing skills. Effective negotiation, advocacy, and client communication skills. Strong organization and case management abilities.
