Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and interpreting trial documents
- Preparing and filing pleadings and motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests
- Communicating with clients
- Evaluating the merits of the case
- Negotiating settlements
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in litigation practice
- Expertise in law and motion practice, oral argument, hearings, mediation, and arbitration
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Proven litigation skills
- Proven performance and success in the courtroom
- Compassion and empathy
- Enthusiasm and determination to succeed.
