Their model is true 1:1 support to attorneys with a typical case load of 180+ cases.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive paralegal support to the firm owner in personal injury cases.Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.Experience attending trial with attorneys, and preparing for trial.Coordinate case management, including maintaining case files and tracking deadlines.Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties regarding case updates and necessary documentation.Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials.Manage and organize discovery materials, including document production and review.Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
