An established Arkansas personal injury office is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who can manage cases, meet deadlines, and provide excellent client communication.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

• Maintain personal injury files from intake through resolution
• Request and organize medical records, bills, and case evidence
• Communicate with clients, providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Assist with demands, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation
• Track statutes of limitations and important case deadlines

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous personal injury or litigation experience
• Strong case-management and communication skills
• Experience with medical records and insurance claims
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
