    Description

    Pay: $150,000 - $200,000

    Note: This is a hybrid position and requires employees to be on-site at least 2 days a week at the Century City office.

    Note: You must have an active California Bar license, and at least 4 years of personal injury experience, including handling pre-litigation matters from intake through settlement. Bilingual Spanish is a plus

    Job Description

    • Handle a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
    • Evaluate cases, draft and review demand packages
    • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
    • Communicate with clients regularly regarding case updates
    • Collaborate with a support team including case managers and lien negotiators
    • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the legal CRM (Litify)

    Qualifications

    • Active California Bar license
    • 4+ years of personal injury experience (pre-litigation required)
    • Strong case management and client communication skills
    • Ability to handle high-volume caseloads independently
    • Familiarity with California personal injury laws
    • Experience with CRMs like Litify preferred
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
    • Highly organized and motivated
