Personal Insurance- Client Specialist

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for our personal insurance clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued in every interaction.

Manage policy renewals and mid-term changes with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

Review existing coverage to identify gaps or opportunities to better protect our clients and their assets.

Provide clear explanations of insurance terms and policy updates so our clients are always informed.

Collaborate with our carriers to secure competitive quotes and resolve complex coverage questions.

Contribute to a supportive office culture by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues with challenging accounts.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing personal insurance portfolios.

Fluency in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.

Solid understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and policy forms.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Comfort working in an office environment in Hatfield.
