Position Summary:
We’re looking for a licensed and motivated Account Manager to join our personal lines team. In this role, you'll assist clients with policy changes, answer coverage questions, process endorsements, and provide proof of insurance when needed. You'll work independently and closely with producers and virtual assistants to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional service to existing and potential clients via phone and email
- Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and document follow-ups
- Verify coverages and provide proof of insurance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the client experience
- Stay informed on products, carriers, and industry changes
Qualifications:
- Active 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 Florida insurance license
- Insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
