About the Role
  • As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to our clients, and helping them find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities 
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assess personal lines client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process policies, and ensure accurate coverage
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
  • Active insurance license in OK
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
