Personal Lines Client Service Supervisor

As a Client Service Supervisor, you’ll drive performance across your team while shaping a client experience that is efficient, consistent, and forward-looking. You’ll optimize workflows, leverage data and technology, and empower your team to deliver high-quality, people-first service at scale. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions influence client outcomes, team success, and overall business performance. This is a hybrid position located at our Plano, TX office.

• Lead a Personal Lines team delivering high-quality, relationship-driven service.
• May personally manage a book of business as needed: 80% people leadership / 20% client facing.
• Ensure consistent, client-centric delivery aligned to SLAs.
• Hold team members accountable for productivity, performance metrics, and service quality.
• Drive process improvements and enhance a modern, tech-enabled client experience.
• Partner across teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client journey.
• Coach and develop talent, fostering growth and strong client outcomes.
• Manage escalations with ownership, empathy, and professionalism.
• Share insights with leadership to inform decisions and priorities.
• Support retention, satisfaction, and overall branch performance.

• Experience in insurance client service and team leadership within a relationship-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Personal Lines delivery, focused on quality, consistency, and trust.
• Skilled people leader with strengths in coaching, performance, and engagement.
• Data-aware, translating metrics into actionable improvements.
• Effective communicator, aligning teams and stakeholders.
• Able to manage competing priorities in complex service environments.
• Strong problem-solver, handling escalations with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.
