Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management.

Provide information about our insurance products and services.

Process new business applications and policy endorsements.

Work closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Property and Casualty licensen is required
