Key Responsibilities

Personal Lines Policy Service

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and other service requests.
• Assist with new business applications, policy renewals, and related documentation.
• Prepare insurance certificates, policy documents, and other client materials as needed.
• Review policy information for accuracy and ensure records are properly maintained in the agency management system.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and documentation to ensure timely completion.

Client Support & Communication

• Respond to client questions regarding personal insurance policies, coverage details, and service needs.
• Provide prompt, professional assistance and help resolve routine policy-related issues.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain information, process requests, and address policy concerns.
• Build positive client relationships through reliable follow-up and attentive service.

Administrative & Team Support

• Maintain accurate client files, policy records, and electronic documentation.
• Manage multiple service requests while meeting established deadlines.
• Collaborate with account managers, agents, and other team members to support efficient department operations.
• Assist with general administrative duties and additional service tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in a CSR, account service, or similar role.
• Familiarity with personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on outstanding tasks.
• Comfortable using computers, electronic documentation, and agency management systems.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

License Requirements

• An active Wisconsin Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred, or the ability to obtain one as required.
