Personal Lines Producer

A small independent agency is looking for a motivated and highly proactive Personal Lines Producer. Working alongside our personal lines team, this agent is responsible for driving new business revenue growth of personal lines clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis
• Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets
• Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
• Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis
• Utilize AMS360 to support the sales process- including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-up's etc.
• Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace
• Work collaboratively with the account management team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years’ experience
• Team oriented, self starting, personable, initiative-taking, purposeful and organized individual that who is driven to achieve individual sales goals
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus
• Great teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work with senior level-management and have a top-level executive presence
• P&C License
• Book of business preferred
