The Opportunity: As a Personal Trainer for the Downers Grove Park District, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. You will be responsible for planning and implementing the personal training protocol and procedures for all clients. You will have the opportunity to work with teens and adults with various ages and fitness levels, and create individualized exercise sessions for clients. The Personal Trainer is responsible for assisting clients in obtaining their fitness goals through safe, effective exercise programs. As a member of our dynamic fitness team, you will play a significant role in helping clients reach their goals. 

What you get: In exchange for your time and talent, this Part-time Class II position pays $30 - $33 per hour, and includes a free Fitness Membership at 4500 Fitness.

When you’ll work:
You will be able to enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule. Although you have the freedom to set your hours, availability on weekday mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends is required to accommodate client’s needs and ensure that we can cater to a diverse range of schedules.

Where you’ll work: All training sessions take place at 4500 Fitness.
