About the Role:

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Fargo, ND! This is your chance to inspire and empower members to crush their fitness goals in a fun, no-judgement environment. If you love fitness and love people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
• Build and maintain a strong client base through floor hours, member engagement, and referrals
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
• Promote and sell personal training packages and wellness services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment on the gym floor
• Stay current on fitness trends, certifications, and best practices in personal training

Requirements:

• Current nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification required
• 1+ year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to build and retain a client base
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Compensation: $16.90 - $40.00 per hour
