Responsibilities
Lead dynamic group fitness camps for members of all fitness levels.
Demonstrate and coach proper exercise form and technique.
Modify exercises to accommodate injuries, limitations, and different fitness abilities.
Build meaningful relationships with members and provide motivation and accountability.
Conduct Focus Meetings to support members' fitness, nutrition, and goal-setting journeys.
Create an energetic and positive camp environment.
Ensure the gym floor is clean, safe, and organized.
Assist with member retention, trial conversions, and community events.
Collaborate with the team to uphold Burn Boot Camp's culture and standards.
