PERSONAL TRAINING MANAGER

Crunch Fitness is looking for an energetic, motivated Personal Training Manager to lead our Personal Training team, grow training revenue, and create an exceptional experience for our members.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Personal Trainers.
• Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Build a positive, accountable, and high-energy Personal Training department.
• Drive personal training sales, revenue, client acquisition, and retention.
• Manage leads, consultations, follow-up, and client conversion.
• Train and coach Personal Trainers on sales, consultations, prospecting, and client development.
• Build strong relationships with members and clients and help ensure a safe, professional, and results-focused experience.
• Monitor client satisfaction, progress, attendance, and retention.
• Work with Membership, Group Fitness, Marketing, and Management teams to support club goals.
• Oversee trainer schedules, appointments, documentation, and department operations.
• Support fitness events, challenges, workshops, orientations, and other member engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional training environment.
• Follow all Crunch Fitness policies, procedures, safety requirements, and Employee Handbook guidelines.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
• Current CPR/AED certification required
• Personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization preferred
• 1-2 years of personal training experience preferred
• Prior management, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
• Organized, dependable, professional, and results-oriented
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn club software
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
