We are seeking a Personalized Travel Specialist to help clients plan organized, enjoyable travel experiences tailored to their individual preferences. This role combines travel research, client communication, planning, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences

Create customized travel plans and itinerary recommendations

Coordinate reservation and trip details

Communicate updates and assist with itinerary changes

Help with special requests and travel arrangements

Maintain accurate client and travel information

Stay current on destinations, travel services, and industry trends

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Comfortable researching and comparing travel options

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Comfortable working independently and using online tools

Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
