    About the Position

    Clark Creative Solutions is seeking a Personnel Operations Analyst to provide personnel readiness, manpower reporting, workforce analysis, and administrative support to National Guard Bureau domestic operations programs. 

     Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Personnel management experience
    • Readiness reporting experience
    • Workforce analytics expertise
    • Data management skills
    • Administrative support experience 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Military personnel systems experience
    • National Guard personnel experience
    • Joint manpower process knowledge
