PES EH Wellness Supervisor

Summary

The Employer Health Wellness Supervisor oversees customer services and community relations, retail strategy, service delivery, co-worker performance, and process improvement initiatives specific to internal and external wellness clients and other areas of assigned responsibilities. Works with fellow leaders to carry out community well-being and health system initiatives. Works in partnership with the Manager to identify and implement employer clinic and well-being department goals. Seeks opportunities to support and engage the larger team of community well-being co-workers both internal and external.

Education

Bachelor''s degree in healthcare, health education, public health, social services, or related field.

Licensure/Certification

Must have valid drivers license. Wellness Coaching certification and/or Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager preferred. Must have current CPR (AHA) Certification required.

Experience

Minimum of two years experience in a wellness or health related field.

Other Qualifications

Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment. Must have ability to effectively interact with all levels within the health system as well as those out in the communities.
