We are currently interviewing for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME candidates for the 2025 Season. If you want a new job for 2025, have a great attitude, are self-motivated, and understand what it takes to provide excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply. You'll be working outside, servicing customer properties throughout the Houston area.

What We Offer

• Competitive base pay
• Employer will pay all certification costs for Pesticide Operator License
• Bonus opportunities (Full time)
• Part-time bonus opportunities are also available.
• 401k +4% match available after 1 full season of work
• Typical work schedule: Monday - Friday 7-8 hours with occasional Saturdays from mid-March through mid-November
• Willing to work with candidates who need a flexible or part-time schedule
• Extensive product and application training

Responsibilities 

• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage routes with efficiency and professionalism
• Ability to interact with customers and answer client questions
• Safely and accurately mix products
• Drive to customer properties
• Spray properties with precision and expertise
• Perform computerized record keeping using a phone
• Maintain equipment through maintenance/cleaning schedules

Requirements

• Over 21 Years Old
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Ability to carry a 40lb backpack sprayer
• Having a valid state pesticide license is a plus!
