We're a women-owned and operated business serving the greater Seattle region. The owner brings years of experience across the pest control industry and leads a team that uses science and thoughtful problem-solving to protect homes, pets, and families. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all treatments, the team develops pest management programs around each customer's needs.

As our Pest Control Tech, you'll have 1-3 years of experience, or we'll train you from the ground up through hands-on experience and ongoing education. You'll inspect properties, identify pest activity, apply appropriate treatments, and help customers understand how to prevent future problems.

Current Pest Control Technicians will have either 2 or 3 State Licenses. (We require all 3 licenses, long term)

When training you will be studying for your 3 State Licenses so that you can work independently with your own work vehicle.

Pay ranges from $21-$30 per hour, based on experience (if experienced, you'll need to have the three required state licenses). .

• Prepare and apply pest control products according to label instructions and state regulations.
• Inspect properties and identify pest activity.
• Develop treatment plans to control and prevent infestations.
• Use traps to monitor and manage pest populations.
• Recommend preventative measures to customers.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate company records.
• Follow company safety procedures and local health regulations.

• Must be able to commute to the greater Seattle area.
• Experience in a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills with customers and the office.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Clean driving record with evidence provided.
