• Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Collaborate with team members to develop pest management strategies.
• Stay updated on pest control technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; pest control certification preferred.
• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of pest identification and treatment methods.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform pest control tasks, including lifting and climbing.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
