All American Pet Resorts of North Brunswick is looking for an experienced Guest Services Associate to help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and their owners.


This is not a traditional sit-behind-the-desk receptionist position. Our Guest Services team is at the center of our operation — welcoming customers, managing reservations and check-ins, communicating important care instructions to our pet-care team, and stepping in to assist with the dogs when needed.


What You’ll Do

•  Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service from arrival through departure 
•  Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs and account updates 
•  Answer phones and emails and clearly explain our services, pricing and policies 
•  Maintain accurate vaccination records, feeding instructions, medication information and other important care details 
•  Communicate closely with our pet-care team to ensure every dog's instructions are understood and followed 
•  Handle customer questions and concerns calmly and professionally 
•  Assist with feeding, walking, cleaning, kennel duties and general dog care when needed 
•  Help keep the front desk organized, accurate and running smoothly during busy periods 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional pet-care experience is required — pet resort, boarding/daycare facility, veterinary practice or similar environment 
•  Strong customer-service and communication skills 
•  Reliable, organized and detail-oriented 
•  Comfortable multitasking in a busy, fast-paced environment 
•  Confident working with dogs of different sizes, breeds and temperaments 
•  A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed 
•  Someone who takes ownership, communicates problems and helps solve them rather than simply passing them along
