Job Title: Immunizing Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative Location: Multiple Locations across Oregon Estimated Length of Assignment: 2+ Months (The dates provided are only an estimate and not a guarantee) Est. Pay Range (hourly): $55.00 - $61.00 hourly Description: As an Immunizing Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering client’s purpose, modeling client’s values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for patients. A key component of the Immunizing Pharmacist role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. You will be responsible for the administration of multiple immunizations (ex: flu, shingles, COVID etc.) Additionally, you will: Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team. Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes. Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment. Actively contributes to a ‘team’ culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride. Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes. Part time & Full time Hours available. Minimum Required Qualifications: Active Pharmacist License in Oregon state. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Imply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate Client from its competitors Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) Valid Driver’s License Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
