12. Consistently completes all clinical service documentation as evidenced by periodic audit by Pharmacy Clinical Manager.

13. Appropriately utilizes epic for all pediatric dose range checking.

14. Uses technology i.e. barcoding, drug-drug interactions, dose range checking, allergies, and therapeutic duplication notifications to enhance patient safety as evidenced by override audits.

15. Checks work of pharmacy technicians who prepare medications and signs as appropriate.

16. Contacts medical staff members who order non-formulary medications to suggest therapeutic alternatives.

17. Supervises the preparation of new and refill medication orders, IV admixtures and extemporaneous pharmaceutical preparations accurately and enters orders into computer appropriately as evidenced by MAR discrepancies and complete MAR transcriptions.
