Position Summary
The pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical care through frequent interactions with patients and collaboration with providers, nurses and other LCHC staff. As a trusted and accessible member of the healthcare team, the pharmacist aims to make direct positive impacts on patients' health through medication counseling and by serving as a resource for patients and providers. Reports to the Director of Pharmacy.

Required Knowledge, Experience, or Licensure/Registration
Education: Doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) Degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Registered pharmacist in good standing in the state of Illinois.
Knowledge: Spanish is helpful.
OIG background check performed prior to employment.
