- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Certs/Licensure Requirements Colorado Pharmacist License, BLS
What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) All hospital service areas (ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, Cath, Hospice etc)
Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills Pyxis pulls, Patient review, DTMs, MDR rounding, Phone Triage, Medication protocols/dosing, etc
Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have expereince with Sterile Compounding and hospital pharmacy operations

Pharmacy Techs? Yes
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Pharmacists work a variety of 10 hour shifts and every other weekends. Shift times vary between the hours of 0600-2200.
Weekend Requirements Every 4-6th weekend depending
Holiday Requirements As assigned
Is there an on-call requirement? Yes, one night weekly
Medication Dispensing System? How does it work? Our hospital uses Epic as an EHR, Pyxis for dispensing and compounds sterile products
Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements Hospital laundered scrubs provided
Department specific orientation CSH general orientation and department orientation provided
