Pharmacist - Evening Shift

UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team on a steady evening schedule.

Join a nationally recognized pediatric health system and help deliver exceptional care to children and their families while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Evening shift
• No weekends

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders.
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Provide drug information and clinical consultation to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Support medication safety and quality initiatives.
• PharmD or equivalent degree.
• Current Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

• Pharmacist License
• Clearances with Renewal:
• Act 31, 33, 34, & 73
