• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Compensation: $65 per hour (W2)

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and dispensing infusion medications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense infusion medications according to physician orders and protocols.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, USP <797>/<800> standards, and clinic policies.
• Provide clinical support and education to patients and staff regarding infusion therapies.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Pharmacist license in Nevada.
• Experience in infusion therapy or sterile compounding preferred.
• Strong knowledge of USP <797>/<800> guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
