Job Title: Pharmacist

Shift: 8-hour shifts

Location: Great Falls, MT

Salary Range: $59.72 - $87.70 per hour

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a hospital setting

Sign-on Bonus: $15,000

Relocation Bonus: Up to $7,500 (*varies based on mileage)

Rate Differentials: +$2 for night and weekend shifts (*pending on-call differentials)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join a team in a brand new facility located in Great Falls, MT. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting and is ready to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor and manage drug therapies, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
• Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary meetings.
