Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience, including Level 1 Trauma and Critical Care settings
- Ability to accept 1st time travelers for short-term assignments
- Prior experience with EPIC electronic health record system
- Weekend coverage every other week
- Strong knowledge of critical care pharmacotherapy and medication management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible day shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, 5 days a week
Nice to Have Skills:
- PGY2 in Critical Care Pharmacy or equivalent specialization
- Experience with Level 1 Trauma protocols
- Prior work in Cardiovascular ICU (CV ICU) and Medical ICU (Med ICU) environments
- Travel pharmacy experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of inpatient ICU pharmacy practice
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Other Requirements:
- Valid pharmacy licensure in the employing state
- Ability to work weekend rotations and adapt to flexible scheduling
- Additional certifications or travel reimbursements as applicable
